The right stallion
3 Attachment(s)
I have a mare who is 19yrs old, Welsh x QH who I plan to breed. She is absolutely beautiful, 100% bombproof, can do anything, can jump like a stag - 1m back in her day(not bad for a 14hh), but she has a short and bumpy stride, which makes the ride not nice to ride in ODHT. Since she is old, I would like a performance stallion under 16hh that would suit her and her faults etc. I have some pictures of her, but I will upload some more this weekend of her from her side. I would like your opinion on some stallions!
P.s - I also live in New Zealand, so I would like the stallions to be in Australiasia area, so I can import chilled semen.

Just another thing(haha!), since she is a solid horse maybe a thoroughbred? Hanoverian?

Her short choppy stride is due to her conformation. Look for a stallion with a really good shoulder angle and really good pasturns.
