ok well, i have this funny problem with my ankles that they are all wobbly, my heels are down but when im riding it looks like im shaking my ankles like in the hokie pokie! does anybody have an idea on how to fix it?
your strups are to long
Maybe you just haven't built up muscle? Or stretched a tendon enough? I used to do that too, but I started doing an exercise on my stairs where you put the ball of your foot on the edge of the stair and stretch your heels down.
Stretching your calf muscles may help also.
