Hey im awfully bad at looking a conformation. I was wondering if you guys could look at my horse Doc? :D

Hes a 9 YO Quarter Horse. Liver Chestnut.

Mm, pretty hard to critique those. Need a good side, front and back view, horse squared up, in good light.

Have you just recently purchased him or have you had him a while? How old is he?

Yes, hard to critique those, but I was wondering, is that white spot hard? because if it is it is a saddle sore which means a saddle didn't/doesn't fit him, but if it isn't hard, then it is a marking! lol! sorry but just thought your should know!

I agree with you PaintLuver. It is a saddle sore. That was the reason i asked how long they've had the horse, because I didn't want to scold them if it wasn't their fault... which indeed it was not. Either the previous owners were careless, or he's a difficult horse to fit. I lean toward the former, but who knows. Just be cautious that whatever saddle you use on him REALLY fits and that you keep it in the right position. We need better "conformation style" photos to help you with that part though. But he is a cutie.
