Flex stirrup irons, like these:
Baby pad, preferably in sapphire.
Fulmer french link or bean link (bean link preferred)
Leather galloping or splint boots, and rear boots
I have a 5 1/2" 120mm full cheek french link if there's no one else with a double jointed fulmer. I had to special order this bit as it, and bits like it are incredibly hard to find!
Oh, Anebel shoot... I just bought a full cheek french link from someone else.. and I think 5 1/2 would be too big.. the one I bought was 5 1/4"..
I am specifically looking for a fulmer though; I've apparently contracted a bit obsession.. oops!
Oh, and sizing:
Irons: Um... normal adult size? Probably 4 1/2"
Bit: 5 1/8" to 5 1/2", but usually 5 1/2" is too big, and 5" is too small.. haha
Pad: All purpose
Galloping boots: Full, Denny is a 16.1hh TB with decent bone.
I have the stirrups. - I am in Ontario
JDI, sorry for dumb question, but do u use A/P on him? Whey not dressage?
I will be investing in a dressage saddle as well as soon as I can though.
I've got a blue baby pad - lighter than sapphire, but very pretty! :D It's got a girth loop and wither contour. New A/P shape - $12 US + $4 shipping to CAN.
