ride today ... LOTS of pics
i know i am leaning fwd and i have piano hands but i thought id show how good Maddy is doing...
I am going to take some dressage lessons b/c i need someone yelling at me from the ground lol. It has been a while since I have had lessons and I know if all but I need to be reminded :D

You have the same problem I do, you need to keep your shoulders back...that will help with your leaning. I'm currently working on it but it became a habit and it's really hard to break.

try to keep your toes in a little, but that's I can see other than the hands you mentioned.

Not too bad, just bring your shoulders back and keep your thumbs up. Pretend your holding ice cream cones instead of reins, and you are currently spilling perfectly good ice cream all over your horse's pretty neck.
One question though, why the standing martingale? She doesn't seem like she really needs it?

thanks guys ... yep i know about my hands, shoulders and toes ... i have been riding so many young horses lately that i focus so much on them rather then myself - thats why i need some lessons so someone can pick on me :)
i use the martingale to just aid - she used to need it but like you said right now she isn't relying on it at all which is fine with me :)
