Random hoof questions...
Is it bad/weird that Lacey's front hooves and back hooves are two completely different angles? They're even back foot to back foot and front foot to front foot but front foot to back foot they are totally different.

Her back hooves are very upright compared to her front ones...

I can try to get some pictures tomorrow if that would be helpful...

I believe my horses hinds are at a slightly different angle then the fronts. not sure if shoes make a difference. I think it might have something to do with how the legs move. the front legs bend back (knee joint) and the back legs bend forward (hock joint)

I had a horse with a long narror left front, a short flat right front and two square feet behind it was rediculous. His hoof angles never gave him too many problems but he had all sorts of other issues.

Generally, a good judge of whether a horses hoof is a suitable angle is if it is at the same angle as the pastern - from the coronet band to the fetlock =)
