I let her outside blanketless for TWO seconds...
TWO SECONDS! That's it!

The nice, clean Ricci that I prefer...

And the other side...

And since it wasn't THAT cold, I hosed her off, then brushed her hair the wrong way. She looks like a pinto Curly, lol.

And because she's the prettiest thing to ever be on Earth... =]

I think some horses find it funny to go roll in the mud when their clean, just to see our face when we see them.

Haha, no kidding. The real kicker is that she really isn't a roller! She rolls maybe a dozen times throughout the winter. She doesn't like being dirty! Lol.

Just when you think they don't enjoy the dirt...tehehehe!

She's pretty. I didn't think mine was a roller either. I spent about 30 minutes brushing off all the mud today.

ScharmLily 12-16-2009 08:28 PM boy is like that. He loves to be groomed and cleaned and usually never rolls after BUT, there's always that one time.......

My girl loves to roll. But luckily, it's only one side that stays real nasty so I only have to really concentrate on that side lol.

My old QH gelding was very sneeky about it. He would wait until I was just around the corner and then roll like mad. As long as I was watching him he wouldn't roll!

It always seems like the light colored horses are the piggiest! I have yet to meet a gray horse that didn't love to roll in the dirtiest spot in the pasture!

Haha! How cute!

That is funny how it's on the one side. That reminds me of a horse my BO used to have. She was a gray arabian...or she was supposed to be. :D There was a bush out in the pasture that she would stand over and scratch her belly on and her whole underside would be green!! And of course she was varying shades of brown and yellow every where else.. When I went on my horse search I tried to avoid light colors. I believe I actually said this once when looking at a gray horse that I almost bought, "but I don't want a green horse!!":-) By the way, I think her tail is adorable at that length!
