i have a 6 year old baby, when i go out to practice barrels he is always throwing his head and being difficult when we get to the 2nd barrell!!! he just wont turn left!!! any tips cause idk what is going on with my sweet boy

It could be that its difficult for him to turn left, and he just doesnt have as much muscle on that side of his body. Do lots of work in that direction and build up the muscle.

Double check saddle fit and your saddle pad, sounds like it could be pinching him somewhere and making it uncomfortable for him to turn.
One boy I ride refuses to move if something is bothering him.

It could very easily be his teeth. If his teeth are not balanced, then the whole horse will not be balanced. I'd suggest looking into having Spencer LaFlure or one of his Instructors come out and check your horse's teeth.

I also agree with checking saddle fit as well. Also, what kind of bit do you use?

May be his teeth, but also, are you using enough leg?
Using leg really works when turning. ;)
