Any "ground" exercises for the rider to improve the seat?
So since I almost don't ride now I was curious if there are any exercises one can do on ground to improve the seat (or anything else :-P ). If someone know, please share!
There is a really good book that has tons of exercises you do on the ground to help our balance and strength and each exercise in the book shows what part of your riding it helps.
It's "The Rider's Fitness Program" by Dianna Robin Dennis. Excellent book.
