Confused about dressage levels...what does "medium" translate to??

Hi all,
I have a friend in Australia who has told me she has shown up to Medium level dressage, and I'm just wondering what this translates to in terms of American levels? Can anyone help me out?

Medium would equate to levels 3/4.

Yep I'm an aussie and have no idea about american dressage levels. But medium movements are shoulder in, travere, walk pirouettes, simple flying changes, counter canter, half pass in trot and in the later tests in canter.
