time to get to the hard part of xmas!
ok, so i hope everyone had a good Christmas, i did! but it's over now, and guess what comes next? New years , and guess what comes with new years? our new year promise, so why don't we all think of a horsey one on here!
so i'll start
I PROMISE TO: to start working with cricket ASAP! cause only god knows how much work we need to get done before this summer.
STEP 1: defeat the dreaded cross ties so we can stand there quietly while she gets brushed.
STEP 2: work on showmanship ( backing up, conformation ect,)
LONG TERM GOAL: be able to be on her back at a walk
The dreaded New Years resolution
I need to lose the poundage I gained while recuperating from my fall and all the xmas goodies.
I need to start my 2 fillys
Finally get Vida to do a good side pass
I figure all the groundwork I have lined up will help take off the pounds. Now if it would just stop snowing and dry up a bit.
it will be 6 weeks on new years eve since I rode so new years day I will be in the saddle come snow or sleet.
ugh i hate newyear resolutions too!!! they never work out for me either :x but one thing i would llike to try to do for my horses are get him better on barrels and maybe think about doing rodeos again :D
