MY BABIES!! Dukes Mixture!

I have three walkers! I have had the black one for 10 years, we were brought together when we were both 5 years old. We are now 15 and still going strong. He is a 15.1hh gelding. His name is Malibu and nothing will make us part. even after death he will always be with me.
Jynx is a 5 year old brown goofy boy. He is my mom's horse and he is approx 16hh, gelding. We bought him from a lady that rescued him from the place all horses fear. He was raised at a padded barn and he didnt have the conformation to be a big time show horse so they put him up for auction and luckily he was bought to a good home. Then we bought him in february of 2006 and have enjoyed every minute of him being here. He isnt going anywhere either.
Savvy is a 7yo 14.3hh mare. I bought her on the last day of 2006. She was bred in October and is due to deliver a foal in September. The sire is beautiful, i will post a picture of him and his past foals. This will be Savvy's first foal so wish her luck :D. I rode her for the first time last weekend and WOW she is fast.
OK enough of my jabber. Here are the pictures.

That is Cherokee. I sold her to my now best friend in the world so i could buy Savvy. She was a wild mustang when I got her and now she is like a puppy. Loves everyone.

That is Dakota, she was a christmas present for my mom from my dad and its the thought that counts right? Well she was a 17 year old ex race horse and she was great accept for the fact that we couldnt rider her because she hadnt been retrained so we sold her to a man that was gonna breed her to continue her good blood lines.
Oh and here is a picture of Malibu and I in the barn. He has gained weight since then. He had worms at that moment.

My first horse was a bay TWH filly. She wasn't registered and was really, really ugly. But I was desperate to have a horse of my own. So I got her at barely 7 months old and the biggest *itch! I couldnt do anything with her without coming out of it with new scrapes and bruises. It wasnt until afte she was 2 years old that we finally clicked. She would tolerate me, and only me. I could do anything to her (we had clicked through doing Natural Horsemanship and Join Up mainly). When the farrier would come I had to do her feet under his supervision because no one else could. When the vet came, I did all her vaccinations and coggins and I was the one to sedate her for floating etc. Literally, she would kill anyone who got to close. She had a bad reputation in the neighborhood. But boy she gave her all under saddle! I did everything on her, endurance, barrels, poles, goat tying, roping, jumping, camping.

Ive loved TWH since her. But there just arent many around here. I wouldnt mind owning another thats for sure!

Good lookin' horses! I hope that Savvy has a safe, uneventful foaling with a beautiful foal for you to play with. :D

I rode Savvy yesterday... look in the pics and you will see her... and WOW she is fast! She is also well mannered, a little spooky though but i wasnt expecting her to be *perfect* on the first ride out in a new place. (BTW we bought her not too long ago) I have really bonded with her in the past month we have had her, she wont let anyone catch her but me and i have found her *spot* that she loves to have scratched. My buddy Malibu is really jealous but he will get used to it. I still love him more than anything in the world. Well i have to go to school now grr, double grr, big GRR, i hate school, they need to have horseback riding as a required class. TTYL bye.
