Everyone else is doing it... "Photography"...
I'm bored. haha, no one ever reads or replies to my posts on this forum but I'm bored and I'm gonna post anyway.
Here are some of my non-equine related photographs.
Critique 'em or don't. I don't care, lol.
Wow, those are stunning photographs! Is that an abandoned house that are in a few of your photos? I have to admit you are a brave soul, I always have that feeling I am being watched whenever I am alone. Although, I do believe in the paranormal which could be making me paranoid.
I'll post photos of the actual buildings here, in this comment instead of just the insides.
This is utterly in the middle of no where, a long forgotten machine shop. Empty for years.
That's where some of those photos in the OP came from. This place was very spooky because it was so quiet.
The house with the green around it. I almost didn't see it.
What I saw from the road.
You can see my path into this place in this photo.
It was a good 20 degrees cooler in this house. This is one of the only places that has ever scared me. Once I was in here I had goose bumps the entire time I explored.
It was like walking into another world.
This is another favorite, I've always called this the "Witches" house.
There was not much left of this ancient house.
The house with the bath stuff and the destroyed piano and chair facing the black maw of a closet was spooky too. I had my dog with me and as soon as I opened the basement door she took off to the car. So I got out as soon as I could. This house looked like someone got up, walked out and never looked back. Newspapers and letters were dated mid 80s.
Another old house, this was lost to fire. I was careful but I did crawl into it too.
The house in the OP with the orange room and TV.
Sad to see this one fall into such disrepair. I loved the shape of it.
An old forgotten barn.
And from the inside.
Wow, that is just amazing. It makes you wonder why those people and families left leaving all their personal belongings behind. I bet they were all beautiful homes at one point too.
WOW! That one picture looking down the stairs into the basement gave me HUGE goosebumps!! Ohh my, those are awesome pictures. I would love to go to old abandon houses and take pictures with my new camera, but I would be TERRIFIED to go alone!! Awesome shots! and Props to you for going alone, or with your dog!
Fha ms guys. A lot of these places are in very rural areas. As things like walmarts moved in and mines shut down people were forced to leave.
In the town where I live now over 100 years ago the population was 100,000. They had mini malls and an opera house.
Now all there is is a McDonalds and a Walmart and a population of 5,000. This was a busy mining town but not anymore.

That should have said thanks guys at the start. Lol

Woah you are one BRAVE soul! Beautiful photography!
Awesome, I really like them!
Was that one below the burnt house taken inside it (the grey-ish chair picture)?
yep, taken inside the basement. I had to crawl through a hole in the foundation to get inside.
