Cheyenne's recovery!
 

In April, I bought a 2 yr old paint. I would just like to share his recovery.
When we first bought him, he was small, scraggly, and skinny. He looked all mangy. He was underweight and ugh it just made me mad! Well I bought him some weight gain supplement powder, oats, and sweet feed and began his journey to a healthy boy.

I attached a picture of the day we got him. And I also attached one of him almost 2 months after we got him.

He's a healthy weight. He's grown taller. He's gelded now.

They claimed he was broke to ride, and so we believed them because I had rode him before we bought him. We rode him twice when we got him home, and the last time we tried, he bucked and bucked and bucked. So now that he is gelded, I am going to start training him from the beginning. I will keep updating on how it goes.

Wow, you have done an amazing job with him. I bet he was more forgiving of those people 'riding' him cause he felt like crap and now that he feels good, he is back to the stage that a normal young horse would be in. Congratulations and I hope that his training goes well.

What a difference TLC can make.. he looks great.. good luck on the training..
