Finally moved them!!!
I finally got Deja and Mana moved to the new place after a maelstrom of issues that I just want to forget about at this point. I feel like a huge weight is off my chest now and they are loving the seemingly infinite amount of grass. I don't know how many acres the pasture is,but it's BIG. Since it is only those two out there I have a feeling that I won't have to worry about hay for quite a while. :D They will have it available, but even so, they usually ignore it for the nice grass. I feel so much better now. XD :D:D:D:D
On a side note, this was Mana's first time trailering and once he got the hang of the ramp he did wonderfully! Other than working up a sweat he gave us very little problem. I'm SOOOOOO proud!! Luckily the lady that trailered for me is also a trainer and so she was very helpful working with Mana. SOOOO HAPPY!!!!!!

There is a paddock connected to the barn and the pasture behind that. There is a hay field behind the pasture too, though I am not leasing that.

This is them in the paddock. There is a lean-to off the barn which I was standing under.
The right side of the paddock.

You can see the pasture behind them. The white lines are fencing tape and show where the pasture ends.

Panorama view of paddock.

LOL. Well if you two are ever out in Illinois you are welcome. There is grass to spare. I am so happy I found this place. The lady I am renting it from had horses a few years ago, but couldn't afford them anymore. Now she misses having ponies out there and this works out for both of us. :D

Looks great-I would just caution that your horses adjust to all that yummy grass gradually if they are not used to it!

Thank you for the warning. They only moved 4.6 miles from where they were, so it is the same local grass as what they were on as well as them having just about as much as they wanted at their previous home too. I may even just bale the pasture before letting them out on it, but it's just been too rainy...
