That is amazing! I love watching dressage. The rider is also awesome too! He sits so still!

Wow, what a great, willing horse!

Lookie here, it's Totilas the "wonder horse" doing an "extended" trot.

Huh, what's this? Totilas' extended trot looks just like this here Spanish trot.

Oh, see what I found. This is a horse that's schooling Intermediare and competing PSG in the extended trot.

And that, ladies and gentlemen, is all I have to say in the matter. Dressage is going down the tube faster than goldfish. D8

Yes noddy, I am one to argue that point as well, the hind legs do get left behind on this horse far more often than ideal, and the front leg movement is enormous. However we cannot debate that this horse is also exceptionally talented. Not sure if you've seen any video's of him moving at home just in training, but he can REALLY move and has a fabulous back on him. He is very talented, there is no argument there. Edward Gal is also a talented rider, one cannot debate that. One also cannot really argue tooth and claw about how bad dressage is getting, when they themselves are not up at that level of riding to judge?

Oh and having just watched the video, I must say, this horse is certainly improving. The hind legs are a million times better than when he was first coming out. The extended trot is much better, front legs are still enormous, but the hinds are starting to work and come into play now. The piaffe and passage are also better with the sit really happening and hind legs happening.

Initially I wasn't immensely fond of the performances these two presented, however I am starting to become more and more impressed by this horse as he matures.

Thank you!
