Hunter Pleasure & EQ boots?

What sort of boots are worn in the Hunter flat classes? Is it popular to wear spurs?

On the rider or the horse?

The horse is not allowed to wear any boots or wraps in a hunter under saddle or over fences class.

The rider, field boots.

Spurs are fine to have if you need them.
