Party Ideas?

Another sleepless night S:
This time I started thinking about birthday parties!

I'm sixteen in late September but I like to have a basic plan a few months ahead.

I was thinking of having two parties.

One for my veeeery close friends:
'Bethany in Wonderland' theme complete with costumes, champagne and dainty little tea party things
Invites could be written on the back of playing cards or attached to tea bags?

and one for general friends:
Unsure about what to do for this, I usually attend parties rather than throw them..
I do know that I want a lots of fairy lights and a jumping castle! :D
Costumes too perhaps?

I'd have both at home, cheapest and easiest option

Gawsh I'm posting a lot lately

Alice in wonderland was the first thing I thought of when I saw the title of your post and having a party. I definitely think option number one would be a blast.

Thankyou for the images! (:

I especially like the cookies and bottles in image two :D
I have a lot of very pretty 'mismatched' tea cups and saucers that I could use (thanks to mum's collecting and frequent op shopping haha)

What kind of food should I bake? My brothers girlfriend has said she will help me which will be a real help!
I do have some food ideas, but I'd like to hear everyone elses. (:

No special food requirements, and I'm the only fussy eater haha.
One of my friends doesn't eat red meat but this won't be a problem.

My aunt just had a Wonderland themed wedding, I didn't get to go but I LOVED the idea. If she ever gets to uploading pictures of it, I'll share them for decoration/food ideas.

Thanks! That'll be great (:
Because I'm going to be 16 I sort of want to do something a little memorable haha. Trying not to sound like a cliche 15 year old wanting the good party and all >_<

Anything with bright colors would do it. You could have a candy table like they have in a lot of weddings do. You can also make all sorts of small cakes again home made, that way you can food color them really bright.
