The vet is the owner of the practice and said that it should not effect him as he thinks it's congenital.
I'm so scared for my baby... please can I have as much information as possible.
Is your horse OTTB or OTSTBD? Are the curbs new or old? Can you post a pic?

I hope that explains it a little!
He's only a 4 year old, and hasn't been broken long.
They're ever so slight and do not come up on picutres.
He's a TB X Irish Draught and is registered as an Irish Sports Horse.
i dont know much about hock curbs but i know you can get boots for them, i dont know it this acts like a brace and prevents further 'curbing' or they attempt to normalise the leg. if your vet says not to worry then i wouldnt worry. Maybe get soft hock boots to protect his hocks, if he has a extra bit, then he might catch it of rub it.
