Considering a job in ranch work...

Well. this first post is going to be short since im typing it from my Lg Dare at work and hiding from my boss... (long story) Anyways. im considering finding a job in ranch work. First to gain more practical riding exp. but to also get a good referance in the ranch hand exp. area. This of course Id like to lead up to apprenticing a western trainer of some sort. So to start off where would be a good place to look for ranch jobs? and secondly Who would be a good person to apprentice under? I would love to learn more in dressage as well. but considering ive never even ridden in a plain old english saddle ive got a long ways to go. So. thoughts?

You might want to check out the listings at yardandgroom.com and equistaff.com. I think you have to create an account on there to see contact info. Equistaff is free. Yardandgroom requires a fee to see some contact info, but you can often contact employers for free if they have paid to advertise on there themselves.
