We live right next to a sawmill, and they have someone over with a huge shredder mulching up all of the scrap wood. Thats all well and good, nice to know they arent being wasteful. BUUT the wind is blowing half the darn mulch on to our fields, the fields are COVERED in sawdust, and I was wondering just what it will do to the horses insides, such as Ulsers and all that jazz? cuz it CANNOT be good for them! I hope it rains.

I wouldn't worry about it.

Your horses aren't going to ingest enough of it to make a difference.

They really do know the difference between wood and grass, and those prehensile lips of theirs are great for separating food from not-food.
