Saddle for high withered TB
 

What gullet size would be best?

If at all possible, take him to be fitted. I did this with both of my guys. Rookie is very high withered. Now I know that I have a saddle that fits him properly and doesn't hurt him or restrict movement.

Hard to say without seeing him in person. I agree, take him to a fitter.

Now if you are looking for brands, I had great success with the CTD brand of saddles on my TB. I would stay away from the wintec saddles and other similar shaped saddles.

haha I currently have a wintec :oops: but I am looking for a new saddle slowly...
At pony club there was a fitter there once and I had her check my saddle and she said it was a little bit to wide but because I ride with lots of stuff underneath it would be fine.
She didnt tell me what size it was or if I would get another one what to aim for but I'm hoping to get an easy change gullet system one next time
