Annnnd your experience? References? Past clients? Location?

My horse has a horrible issue. Whenever I go out to see him, he gets more and more of these huge pink dots! It's ruining my show career! Everyone calls him clown horse and he just gets to terribly sad. Can you help my poor poka dotted horse?

my experience? i brought my current ridding horse back from the almost dead and she didnt trust anybody now anyone can ride her and all i need it her halter and lead rope the pink dots may be warts i could use a pic in order to help u more and any time some one makes fun of you horse make sure he hears you defend him and pay more attention to him and if hes in a paddock with other horses i would pull him out and keep him seperated till you can tell if it maybe comming from other horses and check any horses he has contact with. are the pink dots all over or confined to one area?

Danjones 08-17-2010 03:32 PM

my past clients are in australia i no longer have contact with them as i am back in abbotsford bc canada currently my only references are family and a few other who have seen the change in her

With your horrendous spelling and grammar, you lead me to believe you're either a teen or an extremely young adult. If that's the case, I have a feeling you're one of the many youngsters with Black Stallion Syndrome.

If you were really an adult with good references and past clients, you'd have them readily available. Professionals have actual websites, and not those freeweb garbage websites the amateurs use.

We're supposed to believe you're some wunderkind trainer, and yet you can't figure out why your OWN HORSE is tossing her head? Um yeah, sure kid.

Danjones 08-17-2010 04:20 PM

that took some time but i did figure it out its because she was nervous of the idiots on the road who dont respect people on horses enough to give extra room and iv never been good at spelling or grammar
and yes i am just starting as a trainer and have only done a bit of work for people in canada the majority of my training experienc was while i was backpacking in australia last year

Speed Racer 08-17-2010 04:45 PM

People on the road don't have to respect horses and riders. You're on their turf.

When will horse people get it into their heads that we're not special, and don't deserve special treatment just because we have horses?

Unless you absolutely, positively have to cross a road while riding, you shouldn't be on one at all.

So let me get this straight, you supposedly backpacked through Oz and people just randomly let some stranger hiking through the outback work with their horses? C'mon, you really expect anyone to believe that?

Tell me more. I've always enjoyed fiction.

get em' speedracer. This is getting interesting.
Umm, I believe twogeldings was JOKING about the pink dots and danjones you started talking about warts?
This must be a joke

Speed Racer 08-17-2010 04:54 PM

Wyoming, I especially loved the part where she told twogeldings to make sure her horse hears her defend him when someone is making fun of him.

That's comedy gold, right there!

To be honest, first impressions speak volumes to me when looking for any kind of professional to hire for whatever I may need, horse training, plumbing, landscaping etc. Your poor grammar and spelling, combined with the excuse "I've never been good at it" does not entice me to find out more about your training skills.

If you were truly serious about your craft, I should think you'd make more of an effort to present yourself in a professional manner.

Just one consumers opinion...
