Polyurethane or rubber shoes ?
 

So we’ve been doing a lot of trail riding some of the trails are natural soft dirt but our favorite is very compact ground. It’s not paved but it’s very close, but in addition in order to access the trails we have to ride about a mile along the paved roads. I’m worried about:
1) Impact on joints, legs hooves etc.
2) She slips a lot on the pavement.
I’ve thought about borium studs or tipped-shoes but that doesn’t really support help with road impact. I really want to try Polyurethane or rubber shoes primarily EponaShoes, Ground Control horse shoes, flex step or Equiflex . Also did you glue or nail on?

Has anyone tried any tried any of these and have feedback either positive or negative personal experiences?
