Can't decide!

Between these saddles. I like the rough out trainer, it is close to the one I just sold. But I don't know if the quality is good. The guy has good feedback and most seem pleased with the products.

AHHHH :)

I like the trainer myself. It's going to be heavier but I really like it. Although I don't know what brand it is.

Yeah the non-brand was one hold back.

The trainer I just sold was 40 pounds! So this one is a bit lighter.

I'd be careful of a no-brand, but if it looks alright, some of them can be better saddles than some of the big brand names. My trainer has a no-name roping saddle that is one of the most well made and honestly comfortable saddles I've ever ridden in.

However, I would steer WAAY clear of Buffalo saddlery. I've ridden in a few of their saddles and not only were they uncomfortable for the rider, they are VERY poorly made. Every single one I've seen on a horse has pinched, rubbed or sored the horse even when properly fitted with a properly fitting pad. They also tend to wear out really easily. If you are doing any kind of heavy riding, I would wager it would probably fall apart in less than two years.

Hope that helped. : )

i would be very weary to buy a cheapo saddle like those ones. They often times dont fit any horse, dont last long, fall apart, you get what you pay for. You would be better off to go buy a name brand used saddle, its not new but i will bet you money that it will last longer than those two saddles.

My dilemma is that I need to buy two saddles and spend under $600.00 for both.

I need one 17 and one 19 or 20.

Is Circle S a good brand?

Look for used Abetta you can probably find what you want in your price range. Not leather, but those cheapey leather saddles are junk usually (and leather is really bad).

I think you better look for a good name brand or custom used saddle if you want it to last. I would not use either of those you have shown us.

To be honest, both of those saddles look like junk. Check out craigslist. I've seen some nice tex tans and other name brand used saddles listed for under $300 on there.
