Marbling in chestnut mare

I've noticed this for as long as I've had my girl, she has a normal caramel coloured chestnut but all through it is liver chestnut marblign patterns, it shows up mostly when she's wet and it's quite insane, the amount of marbling, I'll take a picture when it's not pouring down rain. She has this all through the year as she doesn't grow a winter coat. what is this called?

it's not stripey though it's like a marbly pattern all over her, more prevenlant on her hind end and shoulders.

Do you have any pictures? I think that would really help.
