teaching your horse how to bow

So yesterday I got my horse to bow! He pretty much did it on his own. Now I want to finish teaching him any tips??????
Thanks for your time

Tess my mare bows :D I stand at her near side shoulder, Hold the lead rope under her chin, lift her leg up then place a piece of carrot near the knee that was now lifted up, then pull the rope down gently. The horse should go down on one knee :D Hope I havent just gone on with jibberish, so.... Good Luck!!

If you search on Youtube for Katana Bowing You will find a video of me teaching my little black mare to bow when she was a 2yr old.

@ PintoTess: Should I stretch my horse before trying this?
