hooves

I noticed after my last farrier appointment that my horses hooves have a slight bend to them, almost, in the middle. It kind of goes at the angle it's supposed to but at the middle and down its a sharper angle out. It's really hard to explain. I can't remember if they have ALWAYS been like this or if it is a new thing. Do you guys think it just has to do with her hooves are growing too fast and I'm not getting them shod soon enough so the toe grows out? Or is it something my farrier is doing? I can probably get pictures tomorrow if you need them, but i'm not sure how well it will show up.

Sounds like they are flaring to me.. pics would be good. If trimmed correctly they should not flare.
