Where can I find tall boots for my wide calf?
When I say wide, I probably mean like xx-wide. My calf is 18.5"(just a rough estimate, one friend measured me last year and it was a 19" now I had another friend measure it and she got 18")and I can't find a tall boot this wide anywhere. I don't really want to get half-chaps but I suppose they would work since I'm just going to be doing some lower level dressage shows next year. Thanks for any tips!

You can always have a cobbler or similar widen the calf for you. I did that with a pair of second hand boots, they just put in a bit of extra room for you.

You can get them stretched, but they can only stretch so much. So make sure to get boots that are wide, some brands actually have extra wide size, like these

Dover Saddlery | Dublin RCS Aristocrat Zip Field Boot .

If wide or extra wide are too narrow, then get then stretched. I'm saying don't by regular calf size boots, then expect them to be able to be stretched to fit.
