Land Navigation for PNW Trail Riders
With Winter's (and La Nina's) dark and dreary grip on us I thought I'd let everyone know about an upcoming event that should be a ball. The Sno-King saddle up meetup group is hosting a Land Navigation series of chats through the winter months at the Snohomish library.
I'm really excited about because, well, because I get to talk about one of my favorite subjects! I've taught land navigation for going on 18 ought years now in military, search & rescue, and civilian settings and just plain enjoy talking with my fellow trail riding horse riders about the subject.
You can get more information about it here - http://www.snokingsaddleup.com/calen...=list&offset=0
That sounds like an enjoyable learning experience! Wish I lived close enough to attend. Sigh.
That does sound really interesting. Just a little too far away for me.
