Love your position and the way you just absorb your horse's jump. I got nothin!
All I see is that you need to stay in 2-point longer after the fence so you don't slam his back
I used to do the exact opposite and drop my shoulder after, now I lift them a little too hard.

Your jumping looks pretty good to me, I'd say just stay in 2point a little longer as mentioned above, and stabilize that lower leg some more. If you go back through the video, in some of the jumps that lower leg swings back and forth through the jump. Work on having that really solid and in one solid position.
As far as the flat goes, your canter looks like you're pitching yourself forward and coming out of the saddle a little. Now being forward may be a product of you being a jumper so maybe that's not so much the issue, but your butt your hips should be moving with the horse, keeping your upper body still and your butt from coming up and hitting back down. I think you're just at an odd in-between right now, and need to either commit to 2 point/halfseat, or sit back deep in the saddle. Overall, very nice work!
I like how you ride, and you have a nice position. You have a good release for the height of the jump, you have a nice leg going over the jumps too.
A couple things I noticed is you jump ahead a little bit...your crotch is over the front of the saddle instead of the middle. Also on the flat, your lower leg is not that secure, it moves back and forth at the canter.
Maybe you can try shortening your stirrups a hole. I have the same problem with my legs sliding all over the place, when I shorten my stirrups it makes my legs feel more secure.

the main thing that sticks out to me is that your leg swings at the canter and over fences. you can see when your upper body leans forward your lower leg goes back and when your upper body goes back your lower leg goes forward. ideally you want your lower leg to be tight and not moving. i would practice lots of 2point at w/t/c and no stirrups at the posting trot.
