Had another great free seminar last night at the Snohomish, WA library (Quite a few BCHW members were in attendance which was super!) on the basics of Land Navigation for horse back riders including how to interpret land features on a topographic map and we started talking about how to use a compass including accounting for declination and how to avoid inducing error.
I love starting the day reading reviews like these:
"I thought Robert was great and he has lots of information to share with us all.", "Great class! Robert presented the information very well and in a way that I understood", "Robert is great at practical application and teaching navigation.", "A big THANK YOU... We really enjoyed the class and looking forward to more. Also, great web site"
I’m looking forward to continuing these chats at the upcoming BCWH Rendezvous as well as several more in Snohomish. So, for the Washington folks on here hope to see you soon!
