Riding Trails
I might be moving to the small town of Fox Creek Alberta. Has anyone done any riding around there and know of any good places to ride?

Are you out of your ever lov'n mind? I just returned from a trip to that vacinity. I bought some horses up there. Do you realize what the weather is like up there? Winter days are very short, and very, very cold. I awoke one morning to -40 degrees.

Any way, to answer your question, yes, there are some mountain riding locations not far from Fox Creek. I didn't ask directions, I was in too big a hurry to leave the tundra. I'm sure some of the locals would be happy to direct you.

I hope your part Eskimo. That's the coldest I've ever been.

What did you buy, I thought you were horse poor. Now you have more?

Yep, I am now horse poorer. I now have 12, how many do you need?
I bought 4, and plan to sell 3 of them, plus 4 others, bringing my total down to 5.
I bought 4 top notch speed rackers. They should be easier to sell than most.

Yes, it is very cold up in northern Alberta, but right now I am actually living over 2 hours north of Fox Creek so I am very familiar with the winters here! And yes, they are long and miserable, but the summers are usually really nice with super long days and fairly hot dry weather. Thanks for letting me know that there are some mountain riding trails close by.
