Breed confusion?
 

ok so i have always labled my horse blaze a appy, becasue his monther was an appy, but i have no idea what his father was. so i was wondering if there is any way anyone can tell by these pictures what breed he is?

He looks like a QH to me

Anyway, if his mother was an Appy, then he would either be considered a grade or an Appy cross.

I would say that he is likely crossed with some other type of stock horse; QH or paint. TB is also a possibility, his butt in that last picture makes me think TB.

That white patch under his belly is making me think Appy X Paint, or possibley a QH. He could have more than 2 breeds in him though..

yeah i was kind of leaning toward paint also, but i wasnt sure! lol!

I would say Paint or Appendix QH

paint x appy unless his sire was a pinto colored ... something else?
