Very runny nose.

Hi all! For a couple of days now, my Molly's had quite a runny nose. Would adding garlic granules in her feed help? Everything that's coming out of her nose is clear.

Are there any herbal remedies that could go in her feed, or just remedies I could make from home products?

Thanks everyone

If it's clear, there's nothing to worry about. Clear nasal discharge is coming from her eyes. The tear duct runs from the corner of her eye, down the front of her face and ends in the upper corner of her nose. She might have some irritation from pollen that's causing it. You can flush her eyes out with any OTC eye saline solution (contact lens wetting solution works great).

Thanks heaps :) Will give that a go.

Yup, garlic would help I use it all the time with bubbles (shes older and gets runny nose anyway). Although with bubbles she ended up getting something stuck in her nose so the snot turned green and I got the vet out, now she's on antibiotics.

Manuka honey does well for both humands and animals
