Hey everyone! Ive been into drawing horses lately with my friend, Paint Meadow(she has a thread for drawing too). I was wondering if you could coach me on my drawings and post some horses for me to draw. Thanks!
I think you're on the right track, same as Paint. (: How old are you?
I don't want to critique and set the bar too high ... both of you are fully capable of drawing silly cartoons with horses, such as LilRuffian does. Little comic strips are PERFECT for practicing expressions and some angles. :D
As with Paint, I'll gladly give you more in-depth help when you need it. I gave Paint a couple of tutorials (on proportions/how to draw & breaking the anatomy down into simple shapes), I'm sure she can show you them so I'm not spamming the forum with them constantly. :P
How do you get a picture to load? Paint Meadow did it on her PC, but now I'm on mine, and it doesn't work! AHH! :-o
Here's one! I wish i could draw better bodies. Well, it's heads for now!Attachment 57397
like creampuff said, you're on the right track :) that's were I started too :)
Here's a couple head shot angles that you can try :)
http://www.horsegroomingsupplies.com...n-mark-her.jpg you don't have to draw the tack or anything if you don't want to. But you can if you want :)
Cheyanne's Mom, I have to admit that I would draw the tack. It's BEAUTIFUL! (And her face, I love it!)
Thanks! I'll start!
Here's the first one!:D Attachment 58129
