Yeah, APHA would classify that under the generic term "overo." I don't think I'd even call him minimal, since he's pretty loudly marked. Sorrel base color (chestnut is basically the same thing; just a matter of semantics). I'd guess him genetically at frame/sabino, but those individual pattern genes aren't my area of expertise.

The only reason I was thinking minimal is just because as far as markings over his body...he really doesnt have a whole lot(IMO) compared to other Overo's that Ive seen....but like I said, not familiar with Paint markings what so ever!!

The APHA woukd just call him a sorrel overo. But he definitely has frame. I'm not the best with sabino, but he might have it based on his leg markings.
