synthetic western saddle question
I just bought (well will be buying on Tuesday) an Abetta synthetic western saddle...it's black in color.
It's kinda on the dirty side...mainly dust and dirt.
What can I use to clean it with? Thanks!!!
Would water just work
I cleaned my synthetic western saddle with regular saddle soap, neatsfoot oil, and leather new. It didn't do anything to it...
just hose it off with water or rub it off with a damp towel.
I was told to use a clean bristle brush and brush the dirt off, then maybe use some water and scrub, but i was mainly told to just brush it off with the thick bristles. i have a black synthetic Abetta! it's pretty comfy so far, but havent been in it for long period of time yet.
I've always just used a stiff brush on mine.
I know you can get synthetic saddle cleaner tho I wouldn't bother spending money on it. Depending on what you all dirty just a wet cloth or a brush with a harder brush will also do the trick.
Good Luck :D
