Thoughts on this particular Circle Y Saddle, please.

I am contemplating buying this saddle for my horse. I had a fitter out and it fit both my horse and I very nicely.

Has anyone used this saddle, and if so, what do you think of it?

I haven't used one but I do like the looks of it. Plus, circle Y is a good brand.

Thanks! :)
She is asking 750 for it, but is willing to negotiate.
She is also going to get me a Skito pad. :)

That is a very nice looking saddle & sounds like it is a good deal, too!

Definately a good deal.

One of the girls on my equestrian team rides in that same saddle. It is a fantastic saddle to have....

Thanks for the comments! I appreciate it.

I know I read something somewhere a long time ago saying that flex tree saddles weren't the greatest, but I can't remember where.

The fitter is coming back out again Wed to put it on him again. :)
She wants to be certain it fits perfectly.

So, did you buy it?

Almost, she is still letting me try it. :) I rode in it Wednesday, and so far so good for me and my horse.
The fitter is out of town but when she returns we will finalize the deal.

Resurrecting this thread.
A friend of mine was doing research on trail saddles and was saying flex trees are bad news.

I bought the saddle and have been using it for years now, and my horse seems fine...but now I'm paranoid.
What's so bad about flex trees?

Nothing! I have a flex tree and it does just fine. Not every saddle will fit every horse, sometimes you gotta shop around for the right fit.
