Proper attire for Gypsy Vanners

1 Attachment(s)
I'm wondering what the proper costuming for the rider is in a costume class? I've seen the Friesian style but what do I put together for Legacy?
I have a thrown together gypsy belly dancing piece by piece, skirt, bustier (the thing that goes around your waist but not boobs) boots, and top thing but that's about it and I don't know if it would be the right thing?

Google is being funky and only popping up one or two pictures of the drum horses when I type in Gypsy Vanner attire so I'm not sure what I should be putting together for this. I have until June at the moment but if possible I'd like to get on this.

Here's Legacy like anyone doesn't know what she looks like.

Bring her to Utah and we'll see how she looks under my saddle and tied to a big cow!!

Just going from what I see on a picture search, these are really the only 2 that I found that fit the description.

This one is watermarked so I'll just post the link.

I thought this one was beautiful.

I'm not really sure what the qualifications are for the class, I'm assuming that since they are Gypsy horses, you are supposed to dress like a gypsy?

ETA:  Kevin.

Haha! Well I can guarentee you she looks absolutely ridiculous in a western saddle! my trainers first ride on her because she is too round for her was in a western and it just looked aweful! lol.

Two, not sure about cows but currently she is terrified of them as in shaking and collapsing before being able to run away. Apparently when she was way younger she was chased by a neighboring small herd kitty corner to her breeders pasture. Poor thing was chased out onto the road when the cattle broke down the fence. They still have no idea how or why the cattle went nuts. I think Leggs was 2? But yes, found that out the hard way.

Maybe I could dress up like a cow. There's an idea!

Very pretty! I'm going to keep looking up costumes for it if I can find any!
I'll look into the rules as well. I sent in an email to the show manager but so far all I can find is the specifications for the Friesians and nothing on the gypsies. However they have a costume class so maybe my belly dancing costume would work? I'll look around too.

Are you a member of our Gypsy Horse forum?

If not, join and ask there. We have discussed it before, if I remember rightly.

You can also look here..

and see the costume my daughter wore in The Rose Parade and others.
