Horse events on tv
So how do I find out when a horse event/show is on tv? I can't for the life of me find anything on my guide. I don't have RFDtv or the horse network. I do have animal planet and something called VS that very rarely has a show jumping event on. But that's about it. How do I get my fix???
 I'm in the same boat.. I use YouTube or go to my local tack store and rent videos! :D
ESPN and ESPN2 sometimes have rodeo events...of course you might have to sit through an hour of bull riding first
I'm in the same boat. I can look up equestrian stuff on my TV but either there is nothing in that category, or one show where the people had NO idea how to ride. It was quite funny at one point because the producers told this one woman that she HAD to get off the horse. She got very upset.
I do go on youtube and just look up horse events, but i rather watch them on my tv.
There is a show called Equitrekking on PBS. It's more like a travel show about places geared to horseback riding, but it's something. I agree, if you don't get RFD (and we don't), there isn't much.
Yeah...I don't really see a lot of Equestrian shows either. There are some but usually nahhhh...ESPN is cool sometimes but otherwise nothing lol.
They REALLY need to have more channels.
I don't know how many of you are in Canada but we at least get lots of showjumping on CBC throughout the summer. But other than that I use youtube.
BTW, there are at least a few shows/websites that you can download podcasts and watch on your computer using iTunes (or an iPod).
or go to the iTunes store and search for horse/podcasts and look for the free ones.
