Is she in heat?
I know mares tend to usually go in heat right after having a foal,
and I think my mare is in heat again (not breeding her though,
she deserves a break, the poor thing.)

Does my discovered evidence prove she is in heat?

Evidence? :

- She's had her tail stuck up in the air all day and has
been swishing it back and forth Excessively!

- Her "lady parts," are swollen I've noticed, although I
did not get a good chance to see if she was secreting
anything from it.

What do you guys think? :?

Yer sounds like it could be foal heat.

Does she turn her butt to other horses and lift her tail, and squeal, lol

She could be in heat but she could also just be a little swollen from giving birth.
Is she in with any stallions or geldings? If so is she prancing around in front of them turning her bum to them? It does sound like she is in heat.
