Helloo! Im new to the whole paint/pinto color pattern thing. Ive owned my horse for 3 years and have read different descriptions of the color patterns and my horse doesnt seem to fit in any. Anyone out the got an idea? Thanks!! Also i would love to find some history on him, its kind of a mystery any suggestions where to look, apparently he is a paint/TB cross.http://a7.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphot...6_723204_n.jpg
He's a frame overo. You can tell by how the color "frames" the white so to speak.
There is something else going on too MM - check out the white on that back leg. Frame loves to leave legs fully coloured. My guess is frame and splash.
here is a pic you can see his legs, hes got great marking just no clue to what they are called, wish i knew if he was ever registered lolhttp://a2.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/photo...77842_4765.jpg
wow looove the 2 front legs! like he decided at the last minute to dip them in black ink!!
Totally frame + splash.
Thanks! His whole mane is white but his forelock is black lol and he's got a heart shaped black spot on his upper lip along with black "eye liner" he's my handsome guy

Soooo Pretty..... O.O Ooohhh, if he goes missing don't look at me :D
I totally missed the leg, LOL, I don't know why, it somehow blended into the grass and I thought he had all solid legs.
Very neat markings for sure!!!
