excercises to build up horses thigh muscle.
Dealer has only recently came back into work after quite a few months off and he has toned up considerably well but is still a bit wobbly in places.
His thighs are sunk in because of being off so if anybody has any excercises to build it up please share!
I am only able to ride on roads/hills once every 1 or 2 weeks.

Long trotting and circles really help if you can't ride on hills very often. (I live in Kansas, so I know how it goes, LOL.) But do ride on hills when the opportunity presents itself.
