Excersize routines?
 

Okay not sure if excersize routines fits it all too well... but, I ride my horse every day and jump her quite often. I have decided to cut down and maybe only ride her six days a week instead of every day. (riding her every day is okay for my mare. I have a trainer so you don't have to tell this and that. Thanks).
So what do you guys do? Like... jumping two days a week and flatwork for 3? What are you guys' riding routines..?

Oh and my routine is 6 days a week in the summer. We do little jumps twice a week and just flat work the other 4 days. She is a TB, so she has lots of energy :)
