'attached images line'
i have a question
when ever i post a photo it will come up underneath all my writing with a line and something saying attached images or something... just wondering how do you attach the image but you can still write under it and above it etc because it would be REALLY handy for contests... thanks
i hope this made sence haha:lol:
if the image is already online - go to where the image is (eg Facebook) and right click the image...
# If you are using Chrome select copy the image URL
# If you are using Internet explorer click properties of the image and copy the address URL
then once done place what you have copied between
[ img ] what you copied here [ /img ]
remove the space from around img and /img and the bracket...
quote what I have written to see how to do it :) as Ill do it with your avatar
I use Photobucket.com. It's a free image hosting site that will give you options for what type of link/URL you want to use. After you've uploaded your pics, place your mouse over the pic you want to put in your post. Four options will come up, each with a different link next to it: "Email & IM," "Direct Link," "HTML Code," and "IMG Code." Select the "IMG Code" by just left clicking on the link provided next to the "IMG Code." It will automatically copy that code for you. Go to your post, right click where you want the pic to go, and select "Paste" and it'll automatically paste the image code into your text. You can add text below or above the pic from there.
how do you do it with your own pictures? this all so confusing lol
Marlea - are they online? you have to have them online somewhere - whether it be on Facebook or somewhere - then you can use my instructions above...
you can always upload them on here into a barn then follow my instructions to put them on a post...
if you've put your pictures somewhere like photobrucket or flickr or even facebook you would pretty much either copy and paste the picture in or the url link. instead of uploading through the horse forum site.
oohhh ok... no mine are just on the computer... it's all good :)
