Pregnant dog is gone!
 

I recently found 2 dogs, a foxhound and a beagle. The foxhound is very pregnant ( milk is dripping, puppies kicking, the works) and very skinny. We have been feeding her what the vet suggested. puppy food, and shes been living in our trailer and on our dog line. Today when I came out to feed her they were both gone! I am very nervous because we are surrounded by woods and roads, not to mention we have a very big population of coyotes. I think she was in labor last night too. It gets chilly at night and the vet said 90% of puppy deaths in there 1st week is due to chills. I have already alerted my neighbors but I dont know what else to do to find her!

She was secured to a line somehow? If so, if Coyotes got her there would be some evidence of that. Think the owner just took them back?

She came back! I guess she thought finding her own food was to hard! Well after we found her I didnt bother hooking her back up as obviously she could get loose again. And yesterday morning she had 8 darling puppies!
