What length standing wraps?

So, I have a TB gelding. He's your standard Thoroughbred build and I lost my old pair. My old wraps were some that I had just gotten passed down to me. My trainer said that they fit him well, but they seem to be MIA. His height is 16"2. How should I tell the size of the standing wraps I should get? Is there a way I should measure? I am not someone who knows nothing about horses, it's just that I haven't dealt with this particular issue yet.

Also if anyone has a brand they would like to suggest that would be great. (not too expensive though, not too ready for a 50 dollar pair of wraps I won't use too much.)

Thanks!

I think 14 or 16" is standard.... I use 12 in front and 14 behind for my 16hh horse.
Usually tack stores just have the no name no bows which are pretty inexpensive - that's what I buy.
