Does anyone have health insurance for their horse?

We use VPI for our dogs but we've recently added a new horse to the herd and I want to look into getting a policy for her. If anyone can recommend a specific company (VPI does not do large animals) or more information I'd greatly appreciate it :-) Thanks!

I have insurance through Hallmark Equine Insurance. The premium is roughly 10% of your horse's value. It pays the full value for a death benefit, covers all major medical things, but only once. If, for example, your horse gets Lyme disease. They'll pay it all once, but won't cover anything neurological ever again. I think I have $13,000 total for colic. So far I've made 2 claims over 4 years, and they've been great.
