He is very cute, have a different farrier other than the one you are using, look at the angles on those hooves. Just to be on the safe side, you don't want to lose anytime riding this cutie cuz of a bad trim job. I am not an expert, but he looks prone to navicular to me, that is a big headache but best to catch it early, lots of problems can be avoided.

He was due and was done the next day by his new farrier. He was also on very uneven ground(: i would hate to loose my ride time on him! he's a BLAST!

hmm yes the back left hock looks to be very upright. but I could be wrong. I still think he is very cute though :wink:

Our new farrier looked at him and these were in may! He looks alot better. And The farrier said if we start correcting him now there wont be any navicular problems in the futture.. My other mare is navicular but has a great shoeing job that makes it un noticable. No navicular in his breeeding either all are known for good legs and feet.
just a baby.
